1. Definitions

  • Company: Refers to KRL Logistics Car Transport Service, located at Sy No, Plot no.131, 387 to 3, Opp. Good News, Kanajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500015.
  • Customer: Refers to the individual or entity using the services of the company.
  • Vehicle: Refers to the car, bike, or other motorized vehicle that is being transported by the company.
  • Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Scope of Services

  • KRL Logistics Car Transport Service provides transportation services for cars, bikes, and other vehicles within India.
  • Services include door-to-door transport, intercity and interstate transport, luxury car transport, and corporate fleet relocation.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle that does not meet safety or legal requirements.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through the company’s website, phone, or in person.
  • A booking confirmation will be provided upon successful payment.
  • Payments must be made in full before the vehicle is dispatched for transport.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received on time.
  • Any additional charges incurred during transit (e.g., tolls, storage fees) will be communicated to the customer and must be settled before delivery.

4. Vehicle Condition and Documentation

  • The customer must provide accurate information about the vehicle, including make, model, registration number, and condition.
  • The customer must ensure that the vehicle is in working condition unless previously agreed upon with the company.
  • The customer must remove any personal belongings from the vehicle. The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
  • The customer must provide valid documentation for the vehicle, including registration, insurance, and any permits required for transport.

5. Insurance and Liability

  • KRL Logistics Car Transport Service provides basic transit insurance for all transported vehicles.
  • The insurance covers damage caused during transit due to accidents, fire, or theft.
  • The company’s liability is limited to the value of the vehicle or the insurance coverage amount, whichever is lower.
  • The customer may choose to purchase additional insurance coverage for higher protection.
  • The company will not be liable for damages caused by natural disasters, riots, civil disturbances, or acts of God.

6. Delivery and Pickup

  • The company will provide an estimated pickup and delivery date at the time of booking.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • The customer or an authorized representative must be available at the time of delivery to inspect the vehicle and sign the delivery receipt.
  • Any damages or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of handover.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before pickup will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the booking amount.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup.
  • If the company fails to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be entitled to a full refund.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must ensure that the vehicle is properly prepared for transport, including:
    • Removing all personal items.
    • Ensuring that the fuel level is below 25% of the tank capacity.
    • Checking that the tires are properly inflated.
    • Disabling any alarm systems or providing instructions to the driver.
  • The customer is responsible for any fines or penalties incurred due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.

9. Prohibited Items

  • The following items are strictly prohibited in the vehicle during transport:
    • Firearms, explosives, and hazardous materials.
    • Illegal substances or contraband.
    • Perishable goods or live animals.
    • Valuable items (e.g., jewelry, cash).

10. Damages and Claims

  • Any damages to the vehicle must be reported to the company within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence (e.g., photos, inspection report).
  • The company will investigate all claims and respond within 7 business days.
  • Compensation for damages will be limited to the terms outlined in the insurance policy.

11. Termination of Service

  • The company reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if:
    • The customer provides false information.
    • The customer fails to make timely payment.
    • The vehicle is deemed unsafe for transport.

12. Force Majeure

The company will not be held liable for delays, damages, or failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes).
  • Political unrest, strikes, or labor disputes.
  • Government regulations or road closures.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through mutual negotiation.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana.
  • The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding will be conducted in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.


15. Amendments

  • The company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Updated terms will be communicated to the customer and will take effect immediately upon publication.
